I have these two that would go great together as a gift, or I can part them out separately. They were both designed as either filet knives or steak knives. I thought I would do a fillet knife on the green, but then decided to go for maybe a pair in case someone wanted a his and hers. So, they are not identical, and could be used either way.
The blades are 440C, 9.5" OAL, HT to 61 by Peter's HT, handles are red and green dyed Myrtlewood Burl.
I will sell both for $140 shipped CONUS, or the green one for $70 and the Red for $75.
Please contact me with any questions. Thanks and Merry Christmas.
