• Happy Thanksgiving to all of you! I hope that you all have something to be grateful for this year and for many years to come
  • America has reached 250 years, and I am grateful to be here, in the best country in the world. Thank every one of you who helps make this country a better place, those who have gone before and risked it all, and those who've paid the ultimate price to make the United States what we are today.

I received 9 blades from Charlie Edmondson the day before Christmas and was sick with anticipation and i am absolutely pleased to the fullest with all of them!!! I received 3 of the 9 blades fully finished and quite sharp and i am foremost working on getting the first Japanese straight razor Charlie has ever made, ready to shave close as hell like the other blades i use to shave with. I cant wait to do with the rest of the 9 as i so choose which is just wonderful!!! but here in lies my being new to handmade EDC knives I want to do a proper review of these wonderful blades. I cant go and remove a sapling from my yard or kill a 2x4 at least not practically, thats what my Bowie "Bertha" is for but shes from another maker that i have a previous post on that we wont get into.... SOOO i want to hear what other people test EDC's on other than paper and meat but i will do tests on both for sure, so i can give all these beautiful blades the review they deserve. because i know whatever practical test i give each one of them they will shine gloriously and i will have pics at the point of a proper review.

Giddy owner of 9 wonderful blades from Charlie Edmondson
