Christmas has arrived for you forumites, but don't decorate your Christmas tree just yet!

I have knives from old stock made by both the old and new Kamis that I
need to sell to make room for new shipments that will be arriving soon.

This is your chance to add to your collections at bargain prices or to do your
Christmas shopping early. These bargains won't last very long, so get them while you can.

Some very nice deals here. I should probably let the other sharks get a bite though as I've had my fill lately :)

nice looking stuff :)

wish the foxy had wood handles. now, on the new model, is that an included knife (karda)? or a steel (chakma)? i THOUGHT it was a knife, but on some photos, it looks like a steel.

Probably too late but I sent an email for the survival knife and the bonecutter.

I don't recall any ever coming with a chakma... from my understanding and the ones I've seen, it's always been a karda

I'm trying for the Ganjawal, the Ganga Ram/Bonecutter, and the Sirupati. I also thought about the WWII but thought I would lose them all if I took any longer.

I love that ganjawal, the filework is gorgeous and I like that little companion blade-but I figured I'd pick up the HI classic for my first :)

It is a wood handle:)

picture looks like horn though.

satisal is more like rosewood, eh?

Bladite

Local Name : Satisal
Trade Name : Rosewood

It is a large deciduous tree, in moist locations almost evergreen. It occurs in Terai, Bhabar and the Duns. It is found scattered in mixed hardwood forest. Once it was widespread in the Terai and Bhabar forests but most of those trees were logged for making bullock carts by villagers. Later most of the remaining trees were used for decorative construction works in cities. It has become a rare tree species.

The timber is hard, strong and tough. Though hard, rosewood works comparatively easily by hand and machine tools and can easily be brought to good finish. The timber turns well and good for carving. This timber is highly prized for high class furniture and cabinet making. It is famous as a decorative timber.

I got the HSK and bonecutter. First time I was able to get anything on a DOTD or in this case Christmas in August. Can't wait to go camping this weekend.
