I’ve never done one of these before. Is there anyway to tell how far back the selection of knives goes. In other words, could the knives offered in this selection go as far back as the first Busse knives ever made, or will the selection be from the past couple of years?

Nice, you have any experience with the grab bag stuff I’m curious if it’s on the same spectrum of time as an individual order or if it would be less since I’m assuming they are just packaging already produced pieces. In years past what was the average time before people starting receiving bags?

I've got one before and was definitely NOT disappointed! Iirc, it was about a week-ish before mine shipped. Others will probably chime in with their experiences. It's a fun ride though!
