Last Rites were originally offered semi ganzaaa-style, and there weren't many. The original run was all satin INFI with the usual handle options, and they sold out fast. After that, there were a few with custom handles released in a few ganzaaas (see here, here, here, and here). And probably in some previous grab bags. They've never been offered in anything other than satin INFI as far as I know.

I think I may have been the last guy to buy this July. Just got my shipment confirmation on my $1000 bag... it's 4.00 lbs and it took a while to fill my order. Here's hoping for a tomahawk or a custom shop deally (hoping for a best for last type situation lol). Wish me luck. I'm gonna have my first good Monday of 2020 hahaha.
 
I'll get my pictures posted tomorrow. They don't compare to that pic up there from Elly's Pa. But I am extremely happy. Just want to have the photos to the blades justice and I don't have it in me to get them done tonight. Thanks again Busse family. Awesome stuff.

Most Ganzaa’s generate a few Mummy Bags. Perhaps this one also? The percentage of CS offerings in this one was stunning. I might go another $500 Bag.

Ok got my $1K bag. I got 3 blades. Never memorized all Busse does so forgive my ignorance.. Just recently got around to adding Busse Kin to the collection (prices ya know)
Anyway.. Finally got around to buying a few and like em so I got this grab bag, but need a bit of help figuring out what Im working with here.. If I don't figure it out I'll have a very hard time finding sheaths (might make em).

I think the first one is a SYKCO Dog Soldier 8.

The second and is a custom shop piece. I wanna say Swamp Rat Ratmandu with what looks kinda like birch but Im probably wrong haha.

The third and most expensive is the mystery to me. It looks like a custom shop Busse Axe Hammer or maybe a Jack Hammer Variant to me but with really nice scales and a hardcore swedge?? And the steel? Is it infi? I have no clue what this knife is, what it's made of, or why it carries a $600+ price tag..

I don't doubt it's worth that or more but I would've liked a hint from the warehouse as to what I'm holding.

I'm almost positive they wouldn't sell one in SR101 or SR77 for that much... would they?

I requested a spec sheet with some info on these but I guess they didn't see it. You guys think you can help with some info?

Yes? I agree with your guesses on the SYKCO DS8 and RMD. You've got 3 nice pieces of INFI there. The RMD isn't a standard RMD, but a recent offering with INFI steel along with the Full Height Flat Gring (FHFG). It's one of my favorite Bussekins. A standard RMD was saber grind with SR-101.

For the $612 piece, I'm not sure what it is... Blade seems too short to be an axe hammer or jackhammer. But if course, it's hard to tell with variants. Maybe someone from the shop can chime in.

It's a BATAC (Badger Attack Tac Handle) Variant. It's INFI.
