Christmas is rapidly approaching, and I'm sure most of the folks here will have at least one knife on your list :D
So, what Traditonal or Traditionals do you have on your wish list ?

I told the wife I want a Bose, K.Hampton, Ruple, Ohta or other fine custom.
Bwahahaha :D But with the economy being what it is, and the fact that there aren't many of these makers knives for sale, I'm being a realist.

The wife knows I have an affliction for the old red bone Case knives, and thankfully she has paid attention, and knows which ones I like. So, any of the old ones would be a welcome addition.

With all the pictures that have been posted of the current Case Chestnut offerings, I'm thinking a Chestnut CV Mini Trapper or 62032 would be nice.

If you have knives selected that you are going to get for family members or friends, feel free to share those as well.

I have a couple ideas for knives for my son Travis, for Christmas, but will refrain from posting those until after the Holidays. Just in case he should happen to see them on here :D
 
I asked my wife to get me a Case Humpback Stockman in Rough Black. I know she will get that one for me and she knows I like it when she picks out a knife for me on her own so I will most likely get an additional knife of her choosing.

I also asked her to get me the book "Great Eastern Cultlery, An American Tradition".

Can't wait till Christmas Day!

Asked Santa to bring me an ebony Case Backpocket...not holding my breath, though. He smelled kinda like rum. :(
 
I'm asking Santa for a Queen Moose in Ebony and 1095. I think he will make me happy this year.;)
 
I'm my own Santa Clause this year. Just ordered a Case Yellow Mini Trapper in CV and a Zippo Slim in Brushed Chrome.
 
Santa is bringing me a Case mini copperhead and maybe a couple of old pearl whittlers if i'm really good. ;-)

I am going to get myself a Case Back Pocket to go along with the socks and shirts that I typically get.
 
I have an over abundance of websites that are on speed order set up, and ready for me to go. But I would have to say I am going after my first Scagel slippy to see how they are, otherwise already spent more than I should have on about 10 other slippies to join the crowd. They will all be on my youtube channel shortly.
 
I'd say a true Bose BackPocket, a Bruce Bump with feather pattern damascus, a Rick Menefee front pocket, a Jerry Halfrich Tracker and anything Kerry Hampton. If we're going to wish, we might as well make it a big one! Barring a true Christmas miracle, I have exactly zero chance of any of that happening, so I'll look forward to the Case Bose BackPocket I've primed the wife to get for me.

GEC half whittler, Case Swayback Gent with the Greek Key design on the handle, and a Case Desk Knife all look good these days.
 
I'm searching for a Barlow with spear main blade that will give me the value and quality feel of my Case Tony Bose swayback jack.
Looking hard at the Queen Dan Burke Barlow and a Boker stag barlow.
 
What I wish for this season is ... that everyone who has a job keeps it and everyone needing a job will find one.

Kerry Hampton 2 blade Wharncliffe Trapper or Khuntbuster or
Lanny's Clip all with acid etched blades! Bret Dowell another 2- blade
Trapper and to be able to grab something from Ken Erickson!

BTW,you all would be shocked if you knew what knife I bought for my wife,this Christmas (I doubt I can wait 'til her B-day in Jan,to gift it)
