Christmas Khukri

The other day I took my five-year-old son and my 15" AK into the woods to cut down our Christmas tree for this year. My son helped pick out the tree and the AK performed admirably. This is definitely the start of a new Christmas tradition.

Having grown up on a Christmas tree farm I wished I had my 15" Ang Khola much earlier. If only they could all have mysteriously 'fallen' over during the night I would have been spared watering the #@$*%# things with a hose and a bucket during those blazing summer days. Ahhh, yes. It sure brings me back. To this day I won't have one of those infernal things anywhere near my house!
