Christmas knife 2011 for 6 co-workers???

If it's for office use, SAK Spartan Lite. Basic tools (like Spartan) + extra philip screwdriver + mini LED light.

No knife nuts will appreciate a knife just as it is. However, with SAK + many tools, they might start learning to appreciate good tools (read: knife)

You might want to order them in various colors or scales (Tim/Felinevet - member here) might be able to help you out ..

I really have to agree on the Alox SAK's.
The first time i held an Alox i felt like i was holding a baby bird and a piece of alien technology at the same time.

Just an awesome gift that will make them hunger for more ;)

I didn't know he worked in an office. I bought my co-workers a similar knife to the S&W because at the time we worked at a Paintball Field and roughing up a cutting tool is a necessity. Good point though, The S&W is not a good knife to have around the office.

Working in an office has nothing to do with this one really. I dont want a pen knife but not something so super tacticool looking that it wont be carried and used either.

You absolutely cannot go wrong with Swiss Army. But I'm surprised no one has suggested the CRKT Drifter...

Smith & Wesson SWAT Frame Lock Plain Blade 12.95. I think that will do. Thanks for the input but keep it coming I am sure I am not the only with this question

Ka-Bar Dozier Folders.
Cheap. Solid. Inoffensive. Lock-back.

It depends on the personalities of the workers. And what the work is. Are they mechanics or masseurs?

Seconded. The Kabar Dozier hunter is what I would suggest. Inexpensive, but solid knife and a plain enough design to keep the typical office person from hyperventilating.

As an added benefit you get the Kabar name, even non knife people will probably recognize that name, even if it's usually in the context of a military knife.

Rough riders. Just buy a whole bunch in different patterns and scales and let them pick their own. Give the rest to other people as stocking stuffers or simply keep them. Priced right and very decent blades. Excellent value for the money. And usually nicer looking than SAK's. (Opinion offcourse)

I agree about the alox SAK. Also, if u want, u can custom it with the logo of ur place (be it mechanics or massage) even tho, being a worker, I would rather receive a "plain" one.
