I bought these two stag GEC knives for Christmas. A 44, which is new to me, but man it’s a great pattern. And this lovely shielded stag 25 that I probably paid a bit too much for.

Congrats on your "riverine Mora". I look forward to seeing it because I'm not sure what it is. My current conjecture is that it's one of the cork-handled floating models (just because I've wanted a cork-handled knife ever since I saw one that Pt-Luso has, but he's from cork-rich Portugal).

Sorry, that was riverine as in coming from the jungle site.
The Mora 2000 blade like is on my Kansbol has been selling well for 30 years (since 1991- like Mystery Science theater 3000). This one was on sale, so it was time to stop sneering from a distance and see about it.

Friend of mine says "If it makes you happy, and you can afford it, buy it".

Both of them are GEC's best patterns, in super stag of all things

Your friend and I have a similar outlook. Couldn’t pass these two beauties up!

The knives I received are not suitable for posting on the Porch, but I am enjoying looking at all the beautiful new Christmas knives all the same!

I scored the Puma Earl last week...But xmas aint over till I say it is...I'll be in NZ in a weeks time...they have stores with Svord knives
