Christmas present help

Is there anyone here who does "handle replacement" on Spyderco knives? I plan to post in the Spyderco forum too.

Spyderco has a purple FRN handled Ladybug 3 in their 2009 catalog, operative word being 2009. There may not be enough time between now and Christmas, since I don't know what FRN is or if it is commercially available in purple, but it would make a nice gift for my wife.

Any suggestions?

Some nice stabilized purple heart scales would be pretty. It ranges in light purple to pink in color and is quite attractive. You could probably do it yourself. It would mean more to her.

Scratch that. It looks like you'd basically have to build a whole new body and just use the blade.
