Thanks for the pics. God the Chubby is ugly Love the Techno and currently have 2. After thinning the grind a bit it cuts very very well and it is a pleasure to use. Since I rarely do long cutting sessions with small folders the grip is good enough for me and it carries well in the watch pocket of my trousers.

I never warmed to the Chubby and wondered what I would ever use it for.

Without any jimping, it always felt like I was going to slice my finger.

BTW, mine was a decently smooth opener.

My reaction exactly at first.

Suggestion: If you don't care for the backspacer, there's a guy here on the forums who makes great standoffs as drop-in replacements.

Added advantage: Opening up the Techno to install the standoffs also helped eliminate a certain stickiness to the lock.
