Chuck Gedraitis Ti Pathfinder in 1/8in thick D2. This has a cutting edge of just under 3 3/4in. OAL this knife is 8 1/2in long, closed the knife is 4 5/8in long. This is a frame lock folder with 2 sides of flamed Ti. Top swedge is not sharpened. It comes with a clip for right pocket carry.
The blade has extremely light and short scuffs on it that are barely noticeable. The Frame has 3 minute scratches on it near the lock bar. This is shown UP CLOSE in one of the photos. The largest "scratch" is barely 1/16th in long. The "show" side of the frame has no blemishes.
The blade swings out nicely and has no vertical blade play and barely any side to side, only reason there is any side to side is because I slightly loosened the pivot screw to enable the blade to easily swing out. Wrist flicking this knife will cause the lock bar to engage too tightly. Normal operation of the knife allows for one handed closing. Again, the lockbar is slightly sticky if opened too hard.
The blade is just slightly off center but does not rub against the inside of the frame.
Overall this is a great knife and at this price a great opportunity to check out one of Chuck's folders. It carries well and is a slim design. I personally only carried it at home and decided I didn't want to make this a user.
