Chuddy Bear Leather web site

Chuck,

That's a great way to start your web site! One suggestion is to add a page for endorsements, from satisfied customers. I may be able to help in some ways. Mail inbound...

I must say, a very simple yet perfect design! It's easy to find all the info you would want or need, excellent descriptions, and easy to navigate site.
Great job!!

Very cool. My only suggestion would be to make your pictures thumbnails/links to bigger/higher res versions of the same. For older guys with bad eyes.:) Still though, very cool.

Great looking site - Very nice!!

It's very non-confusing. That's a good thing. :D

Where's the free sheath section?

Thanks guys, keep the ideas coming. Greg, for some reason every time I type "free" in my wife slaps me on the back of my head. :D

Looks great!! Simple, easy and says everything you want it to. Much better than fancier sites with Koo-Koo graphics and Flash...

In fact, the site is like your Sheaths. Solid, easy, and completely straight forward. Something that lacks these days on most web sites. BIG

I like it. I agree on linking to larger images and a testimonials page. Very succinct and easily navigated. Congratulations and Thanks!

Good looking site. Great sheaths and service. Satisfied customer here as well!

sign me up for testimonials!
ps- finally will purchase that digital camera! pics will follow!
pss- great looking site!

ps. If you link to bigger pictures make sure the window that it opens in is re-sizable. There's nothing like looking at a 12" x 12" picture in an un-resizable 4" x 4" window. **cough, Swamp Rat Company Store site, cough**:D

Chuddy- Excellent, easily-understood and navigated web site. I agree that a section or link to testmonials would be an asset. Nice work!

A girl needs a knife...

I do think that you need to add the testimonials page, include pictures of your customers in the field or wherever they feel like sending you pictures from.

I have to say that at least one "shop" shot would be cool, something from over your shoulder as you stitch away another night.

The site looks very nice, there is no extra junk to load, so I can even see what you are talking about on dial up.

Thanks

You could add an 'available now' page for the impulse and impatient buyers to cover overproductions and cancelled orders. I know i love an available now page:thumbup:

Ok. I am going to try to link the pics to the full size version. I am going to create a testimonials page.

As far as a buy it now feature, I havent had anyone cancel yet, and I rarely get time to work ahead. The only sheaths I have on hand are ones I made for myself. :D

All good ideas thanks guys.

Looks great–already better than many pages you see, and especially first efforts. You've kept it simple, though it doesn't look amatuerish! No problems viewing on my Apple using Safari.

I made the text and the pics a little larger to make them easier to see. I added the testimonial page and an available now page (although I dont have any already done).

I cant figure out how to link the pics to their full size versions. I am not sure I can with the simple web site maker that I am using.

I will keep trying.

That is some very quick and efficient Web page fiddling. Well done!!
Looks great!
Now get some sheaths in that available now section so i can semi impulse buy them!

Chuddy,
I would like to go on record as predicting this website!!!!!! Don't forget....I already said you have permission to use my endorsement. Good luck...but with your skill you won't need it.
Tom
