We’re moving and I’m consolidating some of my kitchen collection. I got this in a couple of months ago and have used it a couple of times. It’s a great knife but it doesn’t get pulled enough to use it. A slight patina has formed and will continue to form on the exposed piece of White Carbon Steel. One of the beauties of a carbon knife.

These sell at ChefKnivestoGo for $60 new plus shipping.

$35 shipped.

Chopper King White #2 Small Slicer. Better steel, better handle, lower price than many Chinese knives on the market. They import high-grade White #2 carbon steel from Japan which makes a big difference.
