Hi guys, offering for sale my Cigar Cleaver Prestige Version. This is a primarily a cigar knife, but based on the concept of a friction folder. I made the knife from 440C stainless steel, upon which I put an antiqued finish. The blade is super sharp and has a right hand chisel grind so it will will cut your cigars perfectly flat every time. The handles are Red Maple. The knife has copper liners, and a copper nugget back spacer. The blade rides on copper washers, and all other hardware is nickel silver. The knife is 3 1/4 inches closed, and 6 inches open. This is a hefty, chunky knife. Most cigar smokers I know like things big and chunky, like watches, rings and bracelets, so I figured nothing would go better with those accessories than a beefy cigar knife that is one of a kind, and USA made! Price was $200, now $165!!! I also make two other versions with different grade materials, and I can customize however you like. Thanks for looking!

My wife would strangle me in my sleep if I spent 200 on a cigar cutter, very pretty though.

That's such a cool design.

A good cigar deserves a good cutter like this.

What kind of other materials do you work with, Mike?

Hi symphonyincminor! (Love the name - reminds me of my daughter, she has perfect pitch and is always telling us what note people are playing or singing!) Anyway - I presume you were asking about handle materials? I use pretty much any exotic wood that you can think of. I think wood is beautiful for the cigar cutters. Although, I am finishing one up in Ghost Tan G-10 with orange liners (probably by this weekend) and I have another one in the works with kirinite (mostly a red with orange lines and swirls). But I can use any handle material you like. Hope that helps and thanks for your interest! mike

Mike - you interested in working in steels other than 440C?

I keep this bookmarked and keep coming back to it...... can't say I've seen anything else like it, which grabs my attention.

Hi Symphony - Sure, I also work with 1084, 1095, AEBL and O-1.

Sorry for the late response! let me know if you are interested in one. Mike
