Cigars and Knives: do they go together? What's your favorite cigar?

In your guys opinion are cigars a acquired taste? I dont know if its because I smoke cigarettes or what, but I've bought a few different cigars before and I couldnt enjoy them that much at all.

Im not sure if I lit it correctly if that matters or if I just bought a crappy cigar. I couldnt tell you what it was, but it was a ~$15 one so i figured itd be a decent one.

Another question, you arent supposed to inhale the cigar right? You're just supposed to pull it into your mouth and taste it right?

If you guys have any suggestions for a beginner to cigars let me know!

I hate to cross-link forums, but if you're really interested in the ins-and-outs of cigars, cigar dot com has a forum and they are very welcoming to the noobs.

I joined there, and if I'm not here, I'm over there learning.

I'm far from a cigar aficionado but once in awhile I'll kick back with some wine and an Acid.

I don't know a whole lot about cigars, I've had a couple good ones though.

For Flavors, The CAO Eileen's Dream Petite Corona is great. One of my favorites was the Dominican Sweets Vanilla. I almost don't count it as a cigar since it tastes like candy.

Aside from that, the La Gianna brand, which I believe is an off-shoot of Two Guys Cigars, has been one of my favorites.
With a new cigar shop opening in town though, I'll definitely be able to expand my repertoire and experience. :)

My brother keeps me stocked in Ramon Allones cubans and I love 'em.I also have a bunch of Rocky Patel OSG,and enjoy most of the Gurkha line, but Ramon is my evening buddy with a couple of double Bushmill's or Jamesons rocks.

Back in my Air Force days, the teammates and I split an Acid Blondie after tough days at work or on the weekends. We wound up developing our own tastes in the long run and I wound up getting into pipes. Now I run a few Eric Nordings and a nice Parker. Nice way to relax. We smoked houkah on occasion as well, but it does murder on your lungs, so that didn't last long.

How about a cigar punch made by a knife maker. Ricardo Velarde did a great job on this.

Just spent some cash on myself today bought a Cold Steel recon 1 and then a box of CAO Brazilia sambas.

I believe Tatuaje are Pete Johnson's Baby aren't they, just started under Pepin's brand?

Arturo Fuente Hemingways or Short Stories.
The Acid line eventually got old IMO.
I also like Helix, Ashton, Punch, and Nub
