Cigars

Does anyone who was at the fountain Saturday night at Blade know what the name of the cigars were that Jerry was giving us that had the sweet tip and tasted like chocolate?

I cant remember the name of them.

Thanks guys.

One question:

Is it true that the Cuban Cigars are rolled on the thighs of young virgin girls? LOL

Good pics!! See.... it was worth going overseas!

I see you got a good stash going on there....I love those C.A.O.'s and Montecrito's . The Rocky Patel line is awesome. Have you ever tried the "Edge" series from his line? I started off smokinh his "Indian Tabac" Cheif, Boxer's Good smokes at great prices...

i dont have a full size humidor yet but i have a travel one that comfortably holds 10 cigars. i prefer MX2s but i had a great Romeo Y Juileta at my buddies yesterday.

If you cant afford a large humidor, get a tupperware and half an apple and seal it shut. that should work for a week until you need to change the apple

No, I've never tried the edge line. I just mainly have the rockey patels pictured, the vintage 90's and 92's as well as the 99's in the connecticut wrapper.

That cuban Romeo Y julieta I smoked last night sure was nice. I also love the Monte cristos. The CAO Brazillia and Italia lines are great
full-flavored smokes and my all time favorite is the Cuesta-Rey Centro Fino Sungrown, that's my absolute favorite cigar.

I took someone's suggestion once and began keeping a cigar journal, or Log. I just have a little notebook from target, and a glue pen.
After each new cigar I glue on the little ring, and write a short note including the date/occasion, to help bring back the memory,
and my thoughts on the cigar, uncluding size, taste, price etc. Has served me well, and comes in handy when deciding what to buy next time.

Cuesta-Rey Centro Fino Sungrown

I love those Cuesta-Rey Centro Fino Sungrown too! Very few of my buddies like them, so I don't have to give up any of them when I buy a box. I like the journal idea your currently pursuing, I've heard of other fellows who do the same thing. I tried all of the Rockey Patel Cigars and there all good....including the Edge.

Another good smoke is the http://www.cigar.com/cigars/viewcigar.asp?brand=443 there hard to find though.

I got into smoking a pipe one fall, this one apartment we were renting had the perfect second story balcony. It's more challenging than a cigar, gotta learn how to keep it lit, how to pack it, and how to clean the pipe, but it's fun, with the challenge of it, and lots of different flavored tobaccos to try.

Balislinger.

I too smoke a pipe now and then, just picked up an Abby Pipe the other week. One of my favorite tobacco blends is "Irish Mist", I get it from the pipe den at the Harrisburg Mall (wonderful aromas). I not that good at keeping my pipes lit though. I've learned a few tricks over the years that keeps me interested.

I usually buy my cigars from the Indy Cigar Bar. Owner's a good guy, so even though I may pay a little more, I'm supporting the local guy. Plus, he's usually got a good selection of premiums.

Some of my favorites include the Padron Serie 1926 80th Anniversary, Ashton VSG, Ashton ESG, Fuente Anejo, Carlos Torano Exodus 1959, Don Pepin Garcia Blue Label, Davidoff Millenium Blend, Fuente Opus X, and La Aurora Preferidos Emerald Tubos.

If we're talking ISOM cigars, I like anything Bolivar or Partagas.

Had to retire to the Patio last night and enjoyed my last Patel 1992.

Tonight will be a Ashton VSG, my first, wish me luck:D
