CIVILIAN TRAINERS

Can any forumites help with sources for Civilian training knives. Preferably wood or aluminium.
I've used plastic trainers I bought when in South Africa, but they don't stand up to hard use.
Any sources?

Try Combat Technologies,better known as COMTECH. Jim Keating was/is a big fan of the civilian. He also put out a training tape,which I have,that was quite good.

Comtech (www.combattech.com) can hook you up with a wooden trainer. I think Robert Langford there makes them. Excellent craftsman. Plastic trainers can be had from SHOMERTEC, a northwest Police Supply House.

Thanks very much for your replies. I have dealt with Comtech regarding tapes several times, with excellent service, so I'll contact them about wooden trainers.
