Civivi NOX, stainless handle, what else is like it?

I don't have any personal experience with this knife, though the Ferrum Forge Stinger, I hear, is pretty excellent and has most, if not all, of the features you're looking for. If you someone else has more experience with the Stinger, please chime in.

If you want a more upscale NOX, the WE Upshot is pretty much it with a more svelte handle.

Though, I also would highly suggest taking a look at the American Blade Works Model 1 if you're simply looking for a slim flipper knife. I've been wanting to try one of these since it looks like a great USA Made flipper for under 2 bills.

Do you need/want to keep the blade length under 3"?

I was going to say look at Ruike knives but the shortest blade length they have is 3.25". Ruike and their 14C28N have a good rep for a budget knife.

Might go over your budget, but how about the Ti handled ZT450 (or 460)? Looks very similar and handles very similar. You can find it for sale pretty frequently for around 120-140.

A Kitefin is probably the next step for you then, it's a little more like the Praxis in blade profile but it's still a smaller knife, and it's not terribly pricey for WE and comes in a lot of variations
