CKCA mini show, our offering

"The Gambler's Friend" is a 6 1/4 ", 4-bar damascus "hide-out Bowie", Turkish twist over Firecracker, made from 1084 & 15n20.

The frame handle is Bark Mammoth Ivory, the guard, butt-cap, and frame straps are 416 S/S, and the screw-on Finial is "W" pattern damascus.

The knife is a full take-down, and the Paul Long sheath with Alligator insert has a leather "Papoose" to hold the "W" patterned damascus headed take-down tool.

The knife is also designed as a canvas for engraving. It may be enjoyed as is, but has purposely been set up to take down fully, guard, straps, and butt-cap, so the collector may at any time have it engraved.

The price for knife and sheath will be $1850.

Paul, that little "take down tool" sheath is way cool. :cool:

We should be getting photos of a Tim Hancock engraved hunter soon that will offered for sale at our show.
 
Charlie and I are really looking forward to the banquet and the show. I can't wait to see the other knives.
