This user, morfiuss aka @morfiuss on IG, recently purchased this knife from me and is now disputing the transaction in PayPal saying the knife is damaged. He waited a week after receiving the knife to make this claim. The knife was brand new when I shipped it and it was shipped in a box and padded case. Based on the photos and post here, it doesn't appear damaged.

Proceed with caution. I'm reporting this info to PayPal in hopes I can resolve this dispute and keep the money I was paid for this knife.

Thanks MadJukes.

Since this post, Morfiuss has withdrawn the dispute from PayPal. I have screenshots and plenty of info to address this false claim if it arises again. I know the knife was in brand new condition when I shipped it - never sharped, never carried, no blemishes. I shipped it insured, too. So, if there were shipping issues we could have dealt with it differently. However, that is not how it was handled. Potential buyers can make their own decision regarding the knifes current condition. This isn't personal and I have never posted anything like this before (on USN or IG). All I was reporting was the fact that a dispute was filed via PayPal for this knife and in that dispute he claimed the blade and scales were damaged. I didn't want to see this knife go to an unsuspecting buyer.

Please note that I'm not passing this as new. It has been re-sharpen and the handle bead blasted. As for the dispute. It was placed when I did not receive communication from the seller. It has since been dropped because the seller has responded as you can all see

Also realize that if you pay via Friends and Family, you (the buyer) have no protection if the deal goes bad for you. And you're breaking Paypal's rules, and you're at least a little bit scummy.
