This is brand-new and comes with all of the extra goodies: extra clip, pivot, bearings, COA, pouch and even a chocolate from CKF! This thing is perfect and absolutely gorgeous. Blade is centered, lockup is rock solid and action is very smooth. It's cold here so you can see where it frosted up a little bit when I took her outside. This knife has NOT been disassembled although the ability to disassemble it without tools is one of the very cool things about it.
