You've earmarked it in this thread indicating dibs. Just send the seller a private message under his profile asking for his Paypal address and then send him the funds via Goods and Services. After sending him the funds, confirm in another private message with your shipping address. I like to go the extra miles of messaging again once received and then leaving seller feedback.
