Hope everyone is having a nice weekend. Here's a simple and functional design and my best-selling model by far. The Micarta isn't JUST Micarta. It's the original Westinghouse that they made for circuit boards eons ago. If you let light colored micartas sit, yes they will age. Did I stick some up 20-30 years ago? Well, no- I used it. I get this every year at The Blade Show in Atlanta and, to be honest, it's just not going to be around to be found much longer.
here's the specs:
Model IX Drop Point
with original White Westinghouse Micarta (about 40 years old)
Serial 342
3/16" 154 CM, full tang, hollow-ground
Stainless Steel Bolts and Lined Lanyard
Black Fiber Liners
Blade 4 1/4"
Overall 8 7/8"
Weight 7.1 Ounces
Custom wet-formed American-Made Sheath

Hefty and would make a nice camp knife.
