That hunter is really nice. Great lines and proportions, nice and simple. One you would expect to use. And steel to match. This knife in that steel would quietly outwork all your buddies' best, "This knife has skinned 8,000 deer and I've never sharpened it...........blah, blah" blades. :) ;)

Cruforge V might really be able to skin 8,000 deer without sharpening it. :D

Thanks J. Doyle! I agree on the CruForgeV! I've made quite a few knives with it and have yet to be disappointed. It takes a little work to get a good finish but it's worth it.
I originally made this knife for a hunter chopping type competition with the NC Guild, but the competition for the big knives ran into the time for the small ones, so it was cancelled.
