Classic or Regular?

I like Classic in large, and reg in small. They just seem perfect in my hand.

Don't forget to send that puppy to Tom's spa! (green smilie here because my phone will not post one)

Ditto. :thumbup:

Nice G2. The snakewood...outstanding sir!!

To me the big difference is in the large Sebs. The Classic is more of a fighter style blade; a bit longer and thinner. The Regular Sebenza has more of a utilitarian feel; my choice for an everyday/field knife. Then you get into the inlayed Sebs which give both knives a different feel. They fill the hand more, but I can't say it gives your hand any more purchase.

Get the one you CRAVE! It sounds like the one that pulled you in is the Small Regular.

Hello :)

First of all, thank you for all your pics. After more than 24 hours researching about the sebenza, a few mins ago I decided to click the Order button :D

I ordered a Small Sebenza Classic, I liked a lot more the blade, and I always love to order the 'first made' or classic things. Im going to start searching now to see what other sebbie I will order, and with that wood in the handle :D

Thanks,

Antonio

I'm partial to the classic because of the Micarta inlay option which IMNSHO it's perfect for EDC. I also really like the regular in the annual limited inlay, but since they are limited and not replacable, I don't feel as confident to EDC them but I have and will occassionally.:thumbup::cool::p

Choosing between classic & regular is so subjective, but for me, I prefer the classic for a small Seb. & the regular for a large Seb.

Having said that, my personal EDC is a small classic cobote wood inlay model.

Congrats Antonio, here is an old scan of my collection from years ago;

The top one was a pre-classic model, which I think that St James still has in his collection
with ATS-34 blade...:)
a long time ago!

Large Regular, I just like the Regular look over the classic, as it seems too thin towards the tip.
