rounded and polished spine.
classic utilitarian design, rugged and minimalistic.
bit on the heavy side due to the brass bolsters.
blade dimensions are 3.75 x 0.8 x 0.12 inches - with a generous sized handle, 4.35 inches long.
handle is curvaceous with big belly.
sheath is a bit of an overkill, made in thick (0.15 inches) vegetable tanned leather - tightly measured, sewn and wet formed, resulting with an impeccable retention.
handle material:
hawthorn - rugged shrub used by the greeks and romans for spear shafts, weapons and tool handles.
hammered finish and patina on bolsters.
