Gentlemen:

For your consideration is this hidden tang version of Wayne Clay's Alaska Safari Skinner in CPM 3V/Stabilized English Walnut. The deeply hollow ground blade primaries were taken to .025" with steep 20 degree secondary bevels - the 220 grit toothy edge will cut like a light saber. The blade was hand rubbed (yes, you can hand-rub 3V but it's a real chore) and finished with 400 grit pull strokes. I had the English Walnut stabilized by K&G - it has crotch flame figure with unpigmented wood transitioning to darker pigmentation. This is one of my favorite handle treatments. The tang extends 2/3 of the way into the handle and is set in G/flex marine grade epoxy and a 1/16" stainless pin. The handle is coke-bottled to give great hand ergonomics. I hope you like it! The first "I'll take it," PM, or email gets it. $XXX delivered CONUS. Paypal preferred to tksteingass@frontier.com. This knife is also listed on my website. Thanks for viewing and your comments are welcome.
