I use CLC Quench K 186 which is supposed to be a very fast quenchant. The company spec sheet gives a maximum quench speed of 190 ft / sec. Is this fast enough to harden 1095? This is the only number that I have been able to find for this quenchant. The spec sheet that I received with the quenchant says that it is an extremely fast quench oil that results in maximum hardness. Thank you. Nicholas Jasper
