Clean Up & Chamfering

So since my last thread, I've decided to go with a hole saw to cut the pinky hole in the karambit. It worked rather well. Now, whats the best way to clean up the inside of the ring, and then possibly chamfer it? I know I can probably sand it by hand for hours and make it look nice, but, that doesn't sound fun. Any tips?

This is my design Btw.... my first try at a Karambit style knife but, it feels comfortable in hand. I want to put a swedge on it also, but don't know if I should go all the way from the the 2nd point by where the handle scales will be, or just do a smaller one at the 1st point.

I have one similar. Wasn't Gator brand but. Wasn't cutting well. I tried out the pink stone dremel wheels and it cleaned it up pretty nice. Now for chamfering, how would I go about doing such a large hole?

It won't cut well but beats hand sanding,I would chamfer with a half round 2nd cut file.

Try a chamfering tool or a half round file followed up by sandpaper. The chamfering tool will work slowly but they leave a nice, small chamfer.

Nice work! Drilling that big hole would be tough.

So I completey smoothed it out with the dremel. Then with some 400 Grit paper I chamfered it a bit.
Last minute I decided to give it a polish as I think with a nice dark handle it would look pretty cool. I'm pretty satisfied....thanks everyone.
