We're clearing out our salal 8" chef's knife in anticipation of it's replacement which we'll be introducing later in the month. That means you can get it at a big discount from what it once cost. We mostly have satin finished blades as well as one mirror finish left but a good number of each of the scale colours/types.

we've got good stock of our trillium with the CNC finish, a few of the satin finish and a few seconds as well which are listed on the website.

We utilize CNC milling to help shape the blades, then each knife gets a lot of hand work especially our satin and mirror finishes. We do everything ourselves including harvesting the wood for our wood scales. For more pictures, a full description of each knife or to buy a knife visit our website. Our site is setup with two payment gateways, one of which is paypal.

*american customers:* At this time the Canadian dollar is very weak compared to the USD, which means a savings of over 30% for you! (website prices are in CAD)

Salal:

The Salal is a hybrid between a German chef's knife and a Japanese santoku. A general purpose knife which is thin enough to slice well yet has enough backbone for demanding tasks like opening squash. specs below photos
