Medium sized cleaver, forged from 5160 bar.

It has great balance, nice distal taper, and i'm sure it will be great tool for outdoors activity or kitchen work.
The handle is shaped for secure and comfortable grip, and with "choked" hand position, it is easy to cut with more precision, but with backwards grip it has some more leverage for more serious chopping.

Flats are left raw, wet forged and wire brushed after forging.
After heat treatment, flats are brushed with scotch brite.
Bevels are hand sanded with 800 grit.
Blade is etched with lemon acid.

Details:

Overall length - 12,2"
Blade length - 6,7"
Blade width - 3,15"
Thickness - 5/32" at the thickest part, tapers to 1/16" at the end of the tang,
and to 1/8" towards to the front of the blade
Cleaver weights 16,2 oz

Handle material: Stabilized Mappa burl , black G10 liners, carbon fiber pins and lanyard tube.

No sheath included, but i can make one for extra fee.

If I didn't have a cleaver I'd be all over this. Nicely done!
