Hello,
I thought to put one of my recent takes on vegetable chopper/slicer on sale.
The blade is made from from high-speed steel (the exact type I do not know unfortunately) and the edge is hardened to aprox. 60-62 HRC. The handle is made from Teak with brass bolster and black leather spacer. The handle is oiled.
Over all length is ~13.3" (333 mm), with blade being ~8.1" (202 mm).
Blade width from the base is ~3.3" (82 mm) and thickness ~0.05" (1.14 mm). The blade tapers to ~0.04" (0.93 mm).
The knife comes with 4-5 oz. veg tan leather sheath.
Asking for $440, including shipping as far as US, in case you happen to live closer the included shipping price can be adjusted. Only PayPal accepted. If interested PM me or say "I'll take it" in comments.
