Top: a pair of Foster Brothers 2190. Neither show signs of use, one I obviously restored.
Middle: Briddell 870, WM Beaty & Son, Briddell 870L
Bottom: F Dick #184, L & IJ White (my favorite?), Utica Superedge, and an unmarked BEAST. This is the one I use with any frequency.
 
Found this USA BRIDDELL cleaver in a GoodWill store, $6
Had my gunsmith/knife maker buddy, put micarta panels and stainless tubes for pins.. Then I etched it with vinegar. The picture doesn't do justice.
It came out beautiful.
I will have to take outside for a photo op.
