This is the first knife I'm putting up for sale here on the forum, and it's also my favorite knife so far.
Blade is handforged 5160, triple quenched and triple tempered. Handle is beautiful Osage Orange Burl. The wood grew in my backyard and it's probably my favorite wood, both for beauty and durability. Guard and pin are brass, with brass and Micarta spacers. Blade length is 9", overall length is 14 5/8" . Blade thickness is .225" at the spine. Flat grind with convex edge. Blade has a nice 800 grit hand-rubbed finish.
The price is $375 + shipping. That's less than I would normally want for a knife like this, because it has a few minor flaws, some of which you can't see in the photos. The ends of the pin are not quite round (because they didn't expand uniformly when I peened them), the stamping is not perfectly straight, and there are a few small dents in the wood. If these things are too much, send it back and I'll refund your money.
P.S. I've been trying for a couple days to upload the photos of this knife, but it's not working. If this description has piqued your interest, PM me and I'll e-mail you the pictures. Sorry for the hassle...
