Hi guys,
I am re-posting this Clip Point Hunter tonight. I am really happy with the way this knife turned out. The Bocote has some nice figure in it and the natural micarta green G10 liners dress it up a little. I made it with 5/32" D2 from Aldo. Some say "D2 doesn't get very sharp and holds it all day" well I beg to differ. I think it takes a great edge and holds it well-just what I want from a hunting knife.
I am including a sheath with this knife.
OAL: 9"
Blade: 4 1/2" Clip point that is FFG and 600 grit cork belt satin finish with unsharpened swedge
Steel: 0.156" D2 HT by Peter's to RC60
Handle: Bocote with natural micarta liners, lanyard tube and pins. Green G10 pin stripes
*SOLD* shipped CONUS. Paypal preferred.
Post I'll take it here, PM me or email me.
Any comments/critiques welcomed.
