Pick a dealer that supports Bladeforums and go from there. No advantage in shopping around or going through sites where you may hit fakes because of their MAP policy. I would suggest, in addition to Kershawguy and BladeHQ both of whom are excellent, Knifeworks, Knifecenter and GPKnives.
