Ziricote Cordia dodecandra DC. - Southern Mexico, northern Central America, Cuba
These are some extra large blocks of Ziricote with real dramatic marbling. Ziricote is one of the extra hard, extra heavy woods. As with many of the super dense woods there may be some small hairline checks that are an easy fix with a little CA glue.
If you would like the blocks you get from this thread stabilized, I can send them with my next batch to K&G for an extra $10 each. Turnaround time is about 2 weeks from when they receive them. I will be sending batches to K&G for stabilizing every week or so.
If you would like your blocks cut into scales I can do that at no charge.
