The Lien holders are many! Including the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC)!

As to who has looked at the assets? I don't believe any established Cutlery Firms took more than a casual peek. There is little of value left. Becker is fighting to be free of it, many of the designer's contracts have been breached, & what remains of the Intellectual Property is either soon to expire or has expired for non-payment of maintenance fees, mine included! :barf:

What exactly do they think they are selling???

The name & some of the trademarks might be worth a couple of bucks to someone; maybe.

Factory, not worth the money to knock it down.
Equipment, not worth the rigger's fees to move it.

Of course, this is all MY HUMBLE OPINION
