CRKT 6763 Point Guard Combo Edge (original version)
Design by knife maker Pat Crawford. The Point Guard features an AUS6M stainless steel drop point blade with bead blast finish and Thumb Disk for ambidextrous one hand opening is hardened to 55-57HRC. Interframe construction with a 6061 T6 hard anodized aluminum back spacer. The handles are built out of black Zytel scales with holes and slots to minimize weight without reducing frame strengh. Tork fasteners and Teflon bearing. Liner lock with Lake and Walker Knife Safty lock (LAWKS) on top for extra security. Removable black Teflon stainless steel pocket clip.
This is the earlier version of the Point Guard in which the LAWKS does NOT engage on its own when the blade is opened.
