Today I have a thin stock skinner for sale. The blade is made from D2 steel with a forced patina and the handle is made from bocote and micarta pins.
Blade was heat treated targeting 61-62 HRC including sub-zero treatment
OAL 8 1/4"
BL from scales to tip 4"
sharpened edge 3.5"
This was made with 3/32 stock and is now slightly thinner and with the high flat grind this is a slicer!
Comes with the leather sheath for RH shown in the pics. I'm new at sheath making but it should last years although maybe a bit crude.
