These are some dyed and stabilized maple burl blocks that I haven't added to my webstore yet. I figured I would offer these blocks here first at $30 each. That is a $5 discount compared to what they will be priced in the webstore.

I normally cut scales around 3/8" thick unless requested otherwise.

I will give these another day or two before closing the thread.
I am not sure if it is my imagination or what but the Knifemaking Supplies for sale forums seems pretty dead lately.
I know it's not the economy because the webstore is selling quite a bit daily.

Do you guys prefer to shop the webstore instead of the forums?
Is there anything I should change?

I am just trying to figure out what I am doing wrong, or how I can make things better for everyone.

Being honest, not sucking up: You have brought some great product to us and set the bar petty high. Looking at each piece in this thread except for the piece I bought, my thought was they are good but ho-hum as your product goes, so why bother when the next posting is going to have something I'll love. That piece I bought is a very nice piece and I'm glad to have it. If I hadn't grabbed it someone else would have.

ETA: I am sending that block to be cut along with $ for this piece. Should hit your PO box Saturday unless you are really rural then Monday.
