CLOSED, PRE-ORDER, 12" Behemoth Chopper

I am working on finishing my emails to everyone, but if you would like a sheath and have not heard from me yet, please feel free to send me an email: jocarothers (at) gmail (dot) com Thanks!

Thank you very much for doing this preorder :) I truly appreciate these preorder sales !
CPKs customer service is top notch !!!

And we appreciate our customers who support our work. This was a cool project and you guys made this possible.

I do think that pre-orders are a bad idea in general. We're going to keep doing them because you guys want them and it's working out okay but I do worry we're setting a precedent here on BF where pre-orders seem safe and normal but I feel it's a bad business practice and it's also not something that most knife makers should be doing because of the Dunning Kruger effect. I'm a terrible hypocrite when I say "never do pre-orders, it's a terrible idea and only leads to pain and heartache" and then turn around and do them. But seriously, it's not a good idea in general.

These were a bear. Jo got a bottle of champagne to celebrate them finally being finished. This was a lot of work. The BC is a big damn knife. It's love/hate thing.
As stated by the guys above, outstanding work by you and the rest of the team, boss! Despite extensive heat treat delays, you still finished on schedule. Bravo, sir, bravo.

Nate, we know you don't like preorders in general, which is why we appreciate them all the more, as it gives everyone the opportunity to actually get one of your knives.

Some of us just can't compete in the sales for one reason or another, and the only other options are the secondary market (and dealing with the markup, and/or the rarity of desirable models even coming up for sale, and usually being sold very quickly).

super stoked on this knife, gotta get the sheath done so I can get er out there!
the more I handle it, the more I realize how incredible it is. I've handled lots of very high end knives, and from a balance perspective alone, this full tang knife handles as well for its size as any Master Smith knife I've had the opportunity to paw
