1) The works! Double edge, dagger grind, hand satin finished, with smelly old hammer handle wood. Doesn't matter if the ketchup, blood, grease, nail holes, termite holes, dents, push stick saw cuts, and paint stains are bookend matched.:D

2) Standard issue with TeroTuf handles.
