Cattaraugus used the handle for both two blade premium jacks and three blade stock knives… possibly sowbellies but Remington and New York Knife Co were the officially recognized makers of the sowbelly pattern (ref BRL). Cattaraugus never called this knife a peanut (at least not in their catalogs) and its not a dogleg but because of its small size (about 3 1/4" closed) I think it might qualify as a peanut. Good walk and talk. Sharp. Knife has been cleaned by the prior owner.
