- just perfection - plain and simple , IKBS, rock solid in every direction, took me a year plus to find - but I could never bring myself to use it.
Warren Thomas - One off Ryu TI/CF blade - NIP - $old
- with new blade shape (to ensure thre blade will not contact any of the stand offs),ROCK solid in every direction
- warren will not be making any more of these for a while, it is one of about 35 made in total less then 10 with the laminate blade
Jeff VanderMeulen - Intro and Mini Intro set - $old
- Jeff is a protege of Jeremy Marsh and is an up and comer in the knife world
- these were done in late Sept. 2012 as a matched pair, the intro has 4.125" blade, mini is 3 3/8", hand rubbed Elmax steel, blades or blade grind is slight off center - i can not tell cause they are so freaking thick for the size of knife - but neither comes anywhere near the liner when opening
- Zero up and down movement but both have a slight amount of side too side blade play (I have not opened them up to tighten) and if you are not used to flippers the mini requires a little wrist to open (i have no issues - my wife needs wrist)
