It turns out that with the new rules and a little reprofiling, this one will be TSA-compliant so I'm going to hold on to it.
Prices include PayPal fees and shipping with tracking within USA. PayPal and Money Orders accepted. I will consider shipping to other locations only if buyer pays full shipping cost in addition to price below via the PayPal gift option and explicitly acknowledges acceptance of full responsibility for lost or seized item once it is shipped.
