Does it include a sheath? Sounds like it, but I wanted to double check.
I am interested in a fighting knife, just looking to spend my money wisely.

O2W is the steel?

This does not come with a sheath. There are plenty of good sheath makers on here (both leather and kydex), but that is something you would need to purchase separately. The steel is SR-101 with the Busse heat treat. O2W is "Operation 2 Weeks", which is how Busse has been releasing their knives for the last several months.
 
Price drop to $320. This is a great knife at below cost.
