Can you polish off the squigly marks, or is that the anodizing?

Also, does the original backspacer come with it, that fits correctly? Is that currently installed?

You can send it in to CRK and get it brought back to original finish or you can do a scotchbrite finish and that will take it off. It is just an oxide layer on the titanium that produces the colors. The original parts are currently installed. You don't need the backspacer, it is just an option. The knife functions perfectly as it sits.
 
Surprised this is still available. Would jump on this a couple months ago but I always have a small insingo
