Does it come with CPS so that they can be programmed? If not are they both currently programmed to the same simplex channels?
They are both programmed to the same channels.
Comes with what is pictured.
You would have to consult a Motorola dealer to find out how to program these - I don't have the software or eqipment to do it. (or the expertise)
